Information collected
Contact details and message content are collected only when an enquiry is submitted. A validated submission is first stored in a dedicated Cloudflare-hosted ledger so it can be retried if the receiving system is temporarily unavailable.
Optional analytics
First-party analytics run only after you choose “Allow analytics”. They record limited visit, referral and session information to understand site use and connect a submitted enquiry with its source page. Unsubmitted form details are not collected.
Use and disclosure
Enquiry information is used to respond to the request. It is not sold. Information may be handled by service providers required to operate the website and deliver the enquiry.
Retention and access
Information and delivery records are kept for the purpose supplied, operational reconciliation, record-keeping and legal obligations. Requests about personal information can be sent to the email address on the contact page.
